Terms
Last updated 15 September 2026.
These are the terms for using We Do RSVP to build a wedding website. By paying for a site you agree to them. They’re written in plain English on purpose — if anything’s unclear, email hello@wedorsvp.com.
What you get
One wedding website with a built-in RSVP form, for one payment of £79. That includes the site staying live until 30 days after the wedding date you set, unlimited guest RSVPs, a QR code for your invitations, and unlimited edits until the site closes. There’s no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken once, through Stripe, at the point you publish your site. Because publishing makes your site live immediately, we don’t offer refunds once a site has been published — if something’s gone wrong on our end, email us and we’ll make it right.
Your content
You’re responsible for what you put on your site — names, photos, wording and any other content. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to use, or anything illegal, abusive or intended to mislead your guests. We can take a site down if it breaks this, and we’ll always try to tell you why first.
Guest RSVPs
Guests RSVP without creating an account. You’re responsible for how you use the RSVP data your guests give you — for example, don’t use an email address they leave for anything beyond your wedding.
After the wedding
30 days after your wedding date, your site closes: guests can no longer RSVP, and the site shows a simple closed page instead. If you’d like your data removed at that point, email us.
Availability
We do our best to keep every site online and RSVPs coming through without interruption, but we can’t promise the service will never go down — if it does, we’ll fix it as fast as we can.
Liability
We Do RSVP is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses — for example, a guest who doesn’t see an update in time. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use We Do RSVP after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
